"I have been with Bob Grone and his team for around 25 years. My most recent experience best sums up my overall relationship, so I will submit a copy of a recent email of thanks and gratitude that I just sent to Bob. "Hello Bob, I just wanted to thank you again for reconciling the "missing LPC" at U S Bank- for my HELOC. They have refunded all of the Lenders Insurance premiums they had added to my account, once they received your paperwork on 01/14/25. (BTW- the 2 premiums combined were what seems like an obscenely inflated amount of nearly $10k for their version of Home insurance). Unfortunately for me, they still seem to want to add insult to injury by placing a 10-day-hold on the account preventing me from accessing my line of credit. Evidently, they say this is mandatory, though can give no other reason for the hold than repeatedly saying, 'that's our policy whenever we remove Lenders-placed-insurance'. Of course there's nothing anyone can do about that. For whatever it's worth, I did remind them that, after initially verifying my homeowners coverage at the onset of the loan back in 2022, they were the ones negligent in submitting any communications to you- requesting an LPC(as evidenced by your record-keeping) even though I had given them a copy of my policy during the application process. Most importantly for me, I want to convey to you that, it's hugly comforting for me in these potentially stressful situations to be able to call someone like yourself, who is both familiar with his or her customers and also the businesses that you represent, while responding quickly, efficiently, professionally and with empathy, while getting the stated and/or applicable results! Moreover, I'm not having to talk to several different people, in multiple departments, while each time they require me to keep describing my situation anew, over and over and over again, kind of like it's the movie, 'Groundhog Day'. Plus, from you and your team, I still get a Christmas/Holiday card and Birthday card every year.(: Gratefully, KDW""

"Very professional, very helpful, ADA friendly, and compliant. Mr. Grove is the nicest person. I have actually spoken to in over 40 years, and he will be my agent until .... he explained everything me and answered all my questions without hesitation. This is what an insurance agent is supposed to be about, helping you get into the policy you want. I can't say anything negative about my experience because I was treated better than before. Thank you for the effort you put into helping me and I feel you take this measure when dealing with people on a daily basis."

"When we moved to St Louis from out of state, Bob Grone’s State Farm Agent was one of the recommendations that we were given to get local insurance. Everyone that I spoke to at the office has been very courteous and helpful from the first conversation, and their help extended beyond just the insurance quotes, but also answering questions about the area. Even though the quote was a little higher in price, my wife and I decided to get our insurance through Bob Grone because having a helpful agent is worth more than saving a few dollars a month."

"Took months for State Farm to transfer my policy from out of state, and then they didn't get it done until AFTER my old policy expired which they said they couldn't just renew since it was out of state. When they finally transferred it my premium went up $30 dollars a month with no explanation. Then when I tried to cancel my policy they won't respond to my messages. Can't get anything done here. Although that seems to be a problem of State Farm as a whole."

"It has been a great experience and pleasure having this man as my Insurance Agent for close to 10 years now. I had my Auto and Life Insurance with his office before I bought my house, and then added the Home Insurance after I bought the house. Bob Grone is a very thorough, friendly and knowledgeable agent, and he is always on top of things, letting you know promptly what you need to know about your policy/policies. He gives excellent service, and is always pleasant to talk with; and he always finds the time to chat with you if you have a question or have any concern. As the first reviewer said, his office staff is also very friendly and they are always very ready to help answer any questions, and help with your needs. I recommend this agent to anyone looking for an Insurance Agent. Just try him out, you will be very pleased!"
